We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team on a casual basis.

Work will primarily involve providing crowd control for licensed venues, therefore weekend and late-night availability is a must. Experience in the industry is an advantage but not a requirement. Pay rate is negotiable.

Duties include:

Developing an understanding of conflict resolution & de-escalation

Reporting and recording incidents whilst on shift

Ensuring a safe environment for venue patrons and staff

Risk identification and issue resolution

Requirements for this position:

Strong verbal communication skills

Ability to work well within a team

Current First Aid and RSA certificates

Current ACT Security and Crowd Control License

Weekend and late-night availability
